This page is dedicated to the Coast to Coast writing competition run by Maurice James of Liverpool, England. Below are the rules of the competition and deadlines for the upcoming year.

Coast to Coast International Writing Competition.
* Closing date 25th of each month until November 2006.
* Entries may be published or unpublished, there is no prejudice in this competition.
* Winners anthology sold around the United Kingdom.
* Your entry fee will help Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Centres.
Catagories are:
* Short Stories (Up to 2000 words)
* Ryhmed poetry (up to 50 lines)
* Free Verse (up to 50 lines)
* Also any of the above from children up to and including 17 years of age (date of birth essential)
Entries:
Entrance fee is £3.00 for EACH poem or story. N.B. A self addressed envelope ensures notification of results.
* Poem/story title and name & address of writer to be attached on a seperate sheet of paper.
* Entries may be typed or written.
* Your poems and stories may be entered each month.
* Monthly prizes awarded.
* Monthly winners shortlisted for the December 2006 final.
* Greater prize money for December winners, whose works will automatically be included in Ouse Valley Poetry's Coast to Coast Competition's Anthology.
* Adjudicators receive no fee.
